PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY
Please note all Yvonne Hoelzel Jewellery pieces are handmade to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for production. Please note, production times are approximate and are subject to change or delay. If you need your piece by a particular date, please make me aware prior to ordering. Please note, shipping timeframes do not include production time.
Domestic parcels are sent via Canada Post which arrives within 3-5 business days. You will be notified of your parcels progress via tracking once it’s lodged.
Postage with Canada Post within Canada is free of charge.
*Please note, the customer is responsible for any customs or import charges that may be implied by the recipient country or state, this varies depending on location and the final value of the package.
International packages for purchases under $1000 are sent via Canada post. This can take between 3-20 business days depending on location and any customs delays. If you require your piece by a particular date, or if your order is required urgently, we do not recommend this service. Packages can be tracked via Canada Post once lodged, and then by your local postal service once landed in the recipient country.
Regular international postage is $25.
International packages for purchases over $1000, but less than $2000 or pieces that are urgently required, are sent via fedex. Packages are fully trackable via the fedex website. Transit takes between 3-7 days depending on location and any customs delays.
Express international postage is $50-75 dependent on location.
International packages for purchases over $3000, or pieces that are very urgently required, are sent via fedex. Packages are fully trackable via the fedex website. Transit takes between 2-5 days depending on location and any customs delays.
Priority international shipping is $150
Goods sold are non-refundable. All items are made to order therefore exchanges or returns are not offered for change of mind.
Yvonne Hoelzel Jewellery covers the cost of reasonable repairs under normal wear for the first six months after purchase. If a piece shows signs of improper care, or is damaged in a way resulting from something other than normal wear, I will repair the piece at cost. An estimate of the repair can be given prior to the repair. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
After 6 months, I will repair pieces at cost.
Any necessary repair of bespoke pieces will be assessed on a case by case basis.
Please note that if any other jeweller undertakes work on one of our pieces, including resizing or repairs, this warranty will be voided. I strongly recommend returning to us for repairs and resizes, I do not take any responsibility for repairs or resizes undertaken by other jewellers.
Resizing is at cost and is quoted on a case by case basis.

Please contact me prior to returning your piece, and ensure that all of your details, including your order number and return address are included. If you are returning a piece for resize, please ensure the new size is included and has been accurately measured.
We recommend using a courier service with full insurance to return your piece. Please ensure the shipment requires a signature on delivery and the piece is adequately packed and padded. I will not accept any liability if the piece is damaged in transit due to poor packaging.
I will let you know once I have received your piece, to give you an indication of any cost involved, and expected timeframe.
